This is my first “Newsletter”

Good Morning Folks,

I have been identified in many ways throughout my lifetime; however, the way I prefer is “Grandma Judy”. I have earned this title by having five children of my own, and they have presented me with eleven grandchildren. (So Far) My Children and Grandchildren have taught me as much, as hopefully I have taught them.

Now that you know about all of that, as “Grandma Judy”, I’m at the threshold of a new adventure in my life. I just became a new distributor for Juice Plus+, and although I’m excited about the products that Juice Plus+ offers, this Newsletter will follow a few other themes as well. I’m inviting you to join me in the fun.

1. Gardening: I love gardening and landscaping from flowers to veggies, and over the years I’ve learned a few things. “What to do and when”, and probably just as many “What not to do and why not”.

2. Recipes: Over the years, I have cooked a lot of meals for the family, and come up with a lot of those “Special Dishes for Carry-ins”. There are a few recipes that will remain secret, but most of them I’ll share with you.

3. Household Tips: I have found a few things that will make those “Household Chores” a bit easier, or if not easier at least a little more efficient.

4. Raising Kids: One thing I have learned about kids over the years is that no two of them are the same, and that if you ever think you have got one figured out,—-you haven’t. However, I have had a lot of special times, along with a few heartbreaks, that if I share them with you, maybe it will help you in your next issue.

The most important thing that I have learned is that the “Simplest Solution” is generally the best.” Remember the simplest; not the easiest, not the fastest, not the most convenient.

Most of us wish for a “Long and Healthy Life”. Above all else, this is the one wish that will give us the most fulfillment. However, despite our best intentions, we sometimes find that day-to-day commitments will not allow us to do what we know that we should.

We sometimes find that although we know that we should have had orange juice for Breakfast, a serving of vegetables along with the sandwich at Lunch, or perhaps a serving of fruit at Dinner instead of the “Super-Sized” serving of fries, we are not always in full control of our eating habits.

This is where Juice Plus +’s motto of “The Next Best Thing To Fruits and Vegetables” comes in to play. You still need to “Eat Healthy”, but if that is not always possible, a daily intake of a couple of “Juice Plus+ Garden Blend” capsules, or better still, one each of the “Garden Blend”, “Orchard” Blend”, and “Vineyard Blend”
will help to fill in the gaps in your diet.

Do not misunderstand me. I do not mean to imply that Juice Plus+ is the entire answer to all of your dietary needs. You still need to do your best to eat a healthy diet, and to exercise on a regular basis, however, a regular daily dose of “Juice Plus+, every day, for you and your family will go along ways in correcting what you are missing in your diet.
